Philippians 1:18 18 But what does it matter? The important thing is that in every way, whether from false motives or true, Christ is preached. And because of this I rejoice.
I know I’ve said this many times before… I LOVE when all of a sudden you are reading the word and it’s like a lightbulb of revelation goes off… I don’t know why that continually surprises me, because the word of God is alive and God always shows us exactly what we need to know all the time! His timing and his word are perfect and never return void!
I love how the Lord continually surprises us and amazes us through his Word and his overwhelming love for us all!
In the scripture above…, “What does it matter?” Are the words that are being penned by the apostle Paul while he is in prison!
Paul continually states that the most important thing is that Christ is preached… That the word of God go into all the world… That when the final person, the very last person has heard the good news… That Jesus will return!
Aside from that... what else matters?… We all get so entangled in in snares and the cares of this world… When in reality, it is always just like chasing the wind!
We all know how the story ends… If you are a blood bought believer and born again… We will be with our Heavenly Father in paradise for eternity.
The cares of this life are but a vapor... We are to have and enjoy every day life no matter what is going on around us because again , what does it matter..?
The enemy loves to dangle the distractions and cares of this world in front of us and he loves to turn hills into huge mountains..
When we focus on our problems instead of focusing on Jesus… Our problems seem so much more monumental, but when we give them over to the Lord… These mountains will become level planes!
It’s all small to God… And when we look at things through the lens of Jesus… From his perspective… Then why should we even worry? Ever?...
Over and over again Paul talks about rejoicing and be filled to the overflow with joy...
And all of these statements were being penned while he was in chains and imprisoned!
In fact he was telling others to stop praying for him to be released because people were getting saved in prison, even the guards…
You see there are no accidents with God!
Whatever the enemy means for harm, God will use for good… And God used Paul’s imprisonment for good!!!
So again I ask you what does it matter…?
It’s all small to God… Trust him cast your cares and move on!!!
The only thing that really matters is that the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ is preached throughout the world and that lives are changed and saved because of him!!!❤️
Love and blessings to you all!!!!!
Ecc1:14
I have seen all the works which have been done under the sun, and behold, all is vanity, a futile grasping and chasing after the wind.
Mark 4:19
and the cares of life, and the deceitfulness of riches, and the lusts of other things, entering in, choke the word, and it becomes unfruitful.
Romans 15:13
May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.
Zec 4:7
What are you, O great mountain? Before Zerubbabel you will become a plain. Then he will bring forth the capstone accompanied by shouts of ‘Grace, grace to it!’”
(This is a stand out scripture to me as it is the reason for the name of our program Grace Grace with Nina and Michelle)
The cares of this life are but a vapor... We are to have and enjoy every day life no matter what is going on around us because again , what does it matter..?

Paul’s Imprisonment, His Prayers, and His Praise (Ephesians 3:1-21)
1 For this reason I, Paul, the prisoner of Christ Jesus for the sake of you Gentiles—2 if indeed you have heard of the stewardship of God’s grace which was given to me for you; 3 that by revelation there was made known to me the mystery, as I wrote before in brief. 4 And by referring to this, when you read you can understand my insight into the mystery of Christ, 5 which in other generations was not made known to the sons of men, as it has now been revealed to His holy apostles and prophets in the Spirit; 6 to be specific, that the Gentiles are fellow heirs and fellow members of the body, and fellow partakers of the promise in Christ Jesus through the gospel, 7 of which I was made a minister, according to the gift of God’s grace which was given to me according to the working of His power. 8 To me, the very least of all saints, this grace was given, to preach to the Gentiles the unfathomable riches of Christ, 9 and to bring to light what is the administration of the mystery which for ages has been hidden in God, who created all things; 10 in order that the manifold wisdom of God might now be made known through the church to the rulers and the authorities in the heavenly places. 11 This was in accordance with the eternal purpose which He carried out in Christ Jesus our Lord, 12 in whom we have boldness and confident access through faith in Him. 13 Therefore I ask you not to lose heart at my tribulations on your behalf, for they are your glory.
14 For this reason, I bow my knees before the Father, 15 from whom every family in heaven and on earth derives its name, 16 that He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with power through His Spirit in the inner man; 17 so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; and that you, being rooted and grounded in love, 18 may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the breadth and length and height and depth, 19 and to know the love of Christ which surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled up to all the fulness of God.
20 Now to Him who is able to do exceeding abundantly beyond all that we ask or think, according to the power that works within us, 21 to Him be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus to all generations forever and ever. Amen
