MAKE ROOM!
Change! Things around us are in a constant state of change, and has anybody ever noticed that change never makes an appointment with your calendar?
We all wish that God would just tell us to mark our calendars for next week because big changes are coming.. NO.. change, it just shows up, unannounced , mostly uninvited, whether we are ready or not!
We need to be ready and willing to roll with the changes, keeping our hearts and minds focused on God!! WE NEED TO MAKE ROOM...MAKE ROOM FOR WHAT GOD WANTS TO DO IN THIS MOMENT OF UNPRECEDENTED CHANGE!
HE IS OUR ONE CONSTANT, THE ONE WHO NEVER CHANGES!
After Jesus's death and resurrection, the disciples who once roamed the towns and villages side-by-side with the living, breathing, Jesus, now had to believe by faith in what they used to be able to touch... They were now, as we are, in an invisible covenant of having to trust in an unseen God… It was a new way of relating to God... faith in Jesus, our righteousness, they could no longer go to Jesus.. but rather now Jesus CAME TO THEM!
Even though this change had to be very hard on them… Jesus himself told them that it would be better for them that he was going away.
John 16:7
But very truly I tell you, it is for your good that I am going away. Unless I go away, the Advocate will not come to you; but if I go, I will send him to you.
Can you imagine what they were thinking? How could it be better that Jesus, the son of God, who walked with them, and ate with them, and prayed with them, and preached to them, and loved them, and worked miracles all around them, was not only leaving them ... but that his leaving was more beneficial to them than Him actually being with them.
How do we protect the things that God did in our lives while we simultaneously accept all that God is doing..?
We mustn't get stuck in the,"I wish It could be like it was" attitude.
We must MAKE ROOM for all that God wants to do in us, through us, and for us during this time...
Change has a purpose and we must seek God for it!
Acts 11:5
Peter was explaining about the time when he was in the city of Joppa, PRAYING..
"I was in the city of Joppa praying, and in a trance I saw a vision, an object descending like a great sheet, let down from heaven by four corners and it CAME TO ME...."
When we pray and earnestly seek God in these times of change and uncertainty, God will bring all we need to us!!! But we need to make room… Make room in our hearts, make room in our lives, let go of the old wine skins, forgive past hurts… Get rid of all doubts, repent, pray and begin to receive all that God has for you in this next season… in these times of vast change!
Make way.. make room for what's coming, accept new changes .. don't get so comfortable with your comfort zone ..position yourselves for a miracle... seek God first .. Seek his face, his wisdom!
..IT WILL COME TO YOU!!!
Peter did not have to chase it down, it chased him down… It came to him, and it will come to you… God's going to bring it to you and to me if we stay focused, and at peace, and steadfastly PRAYING for the will of God.. and if we stay planted by the streams of living waters, God's going to bring it to us!
Heaven opened up and Jesus came to us through his resurrection on the cross! HE CAME TO US!
Favor came down, blessings, joy, peace, wisdom, healing, the right people, the right ideas… It will all come to you when you stand praying and believing in this time of change for all that God wants to do in you ,for you, and through you.
Prepare a place, make room for what's coming!
The scripture continues and in Acts 9:40 it says, that when Peter was praying, he sent all of the other people out of the room… He had to make room… He was getting rid of all the naysayers, all the old mindsets, all the ones who couldn't receive new ideas, and those who did not believe in miracles.. He rid the room of doubters and negativity and was making an open space and room for all that God's abundant store house in Heaven wanted to pour out on him!
God was giving Peter opportunities that he didn't even pray for… Because that's how God is ...he always gives us exceedingly abundantly more than we can ask or think… Eph 3:20
Let's make room in our minds for God to do the unthinkable… For God to accomplish more through us than we could ever have imagined.. let's spend time with him, seeking what he wants for us, asking for strategies, guidance, and for Him to order our steps.
Clear out the clutter in your heart and in your mind so you are completely freed up for all the knowledge that God wants to fill our washed clean hearts and minds with! Throw it away, lay it all down..and make room for freedom and peace!
It's time to change our minds, it's time enlarge our borders.. then we will be able to roll through these changes with a strength, and an endurance, and a new vision.. but mostly with a definitive certainty of who God is in these diverse and ever changing times!!!
Make Room!!!
By faith Abraham obeyed when he was called to go out to a place that he was to receive as an inheritance. And he went out, not knowing where he was going.”
[English Standard Version, Hebrews 11:8]
“Behold! I tell you a mystery. We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised imperishable, and we shall be changed.”
[1 Corinthians 15:51-42]
“Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.”
[Romans 12:2]
Hebrews 13:8 ESV
Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.
Joshua 1:9 ESV
Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the Lordyour God is with you wherever you go.”
Jeremiah 29:11 ESV /
For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.
Ecclesiastes 3:1 ESV
For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven:
2 Corinthians 4:16-18 ESV
So we do not lose heart. Though our outer self is wasting away, our inner self is being renewed day by day. For this light momentary affliction is preparing for us an eternal weight of glory beyond all comparison, as we look not to the things that are seen but to the things that are unseen. For the things that are seen are transient, but the things that are unseen are eternal.
Deuteronomy 31:6 ESV /
Be strong and courageous. Do not fear or be in dread of them, for it is the Lordyour God who goes with you. He will not leave you or forsake you.”
2 Corinthians 5:17 ESV
Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come.

Combatting Worry by Nina Keegan
Combating worry !!!
So many people are so filled with worry… anxiety and unrelenting fear...fear is tormenting!
Fear is one of the biggest of the enemie's lies ... yes...fear is a liar!!! These lies keep us distracted and so focused on the worry (the deception of the moment)
2 Corinthians 4:16. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. -
2 Corinthians 5:17. Repent, then, and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped out, that times of refreshing may come from the Lord. -
that we simply become useless and can't do all that God has for us to do here and now... This is the exact reason why fear is such a widely used tool of Satan! Fear can be tormenting and polarizing and leaving us at a complete standstill in our lives... but there's a few things I feel like God wants to teach us ..God wants to teach us to be content, to be confident, and not to worry… The Bible says 365 times not to fear, worry, or be anxious! So I think it's very safe to say God hates when we fear!
We are God's children, He wants us to be at peace, He wants us to be joyful because the joy of the Lord is our strength...God wants us to train ourselves to be confident in His strength… He wants us to train ourselves to hear His word so clearly that it would immediately, and at the onset, overrule and overide every enemy lie!
I believe these are the steps that can help us all… let's remember the 4 R's and take back our peace and our freedom!
Rejoice
Release
Rest
Respond
REJOICE… We all know that even though apostle Paul was in prison so often; one of the famous scriptures he writes is,"Rejoice… again I say Rejoice"..Phil 4:4-8
We need to learn to praise God even in the storms… We need to trust Him not just in the good times… Is that actually trust? No! Trust starts where logic fails,
it is when we cannot see a way out on our own... that's when we know it's all God and we rejoice that no matter what we're going through, we can know that He is handling it… and when we have an attitude of thanksgiving, and an atmosphere of praise, rejoicing in the midst of our worry, we give God room to work! Soon the worry seems small and our God is so big… He is right there in our midst and He is handling everything!
As you are rejoicing in our Father and begin to feel more peace… It's time to RELEASE the worries to Him … It's time to cast our cares on to the strong shoulders and the outstretched arms that are capable to handle anything… And, that means anything that the enemy throws our way! God is bigger than anything! … He is bigger than any health problem, he is bigger than any financial problem, he is bigger than any family issue, he is bigger than any crisis, because nothing is too small, too big, or too hard for God! He wants it all!… He is sovereign, He is so vastly capable, and He loves you so perfectly and his perfect love casts out all fear and handles all things!… What can God not do?… When we realize that He loves us so much and we RELEASE it all to him, then we will see him move!…
When we RELEASE all things to him, we can then REST in his love… We can REST in his peace! Rest is a weapon that the enemy hates… He loves to have us all worried, overwhelmed, burning the candle at both ends, and staying awake not sleeping, just thinking that our worrying is actually doing something about our situation… God wants you to go to sleep!
God wants you to REST and relax in him… God never sleeps! He stays up, 24/7 ...God's not worried about what you are worried about!
I like to think of God as the security guard of our souls! He is working on it all on your behalf! If you have released it to Him, then most assuredly He's got it ! But, God wants you to trust him enough to leave it all with him and REST in him… We will never hear an "oops" coming from God... No! He is always perfect in his answers and He is perfect in his timing… Let's stay on the rock… Let's find rest in Christ and relax in him knowing he's got it ALL!
Then, let's RESPOND with praise and thanksgiving knowing that God's got all things! Let's RESPOND to the goodness, grace, and mercy of God by praying the word, let's Respond by speaking things that aren't as
though they are… Let's know that we handed it ALL off to God and He's got it and let's not waver in our declarations!
Let's RESPOND to the promises of God and to how big our God is and what we trust he is doing about our situations… Let's not respond to our feelings… We don't want to wait for our feelings to catch up with our responses and our declarations to the Lord…..
Remember faith is always in what we cannot see… We will RESPOND in faith, knowing that God is taking care of all things!… The Bible says if you will believe, then you will see the glory of God… Notice "believe" is first... The glory of God is God's miracles manifested here and now in our lives… but we have to believe it to see it!
God is the same God yesterday, today, and forever! He's got us in the palm of his righteous hand and he will never let us go… His ways are so much better than our ways and his answers concerning the prayer needs of all of us are so much higher and better than anything we could ever think of in the natural..
He will do exceedingly, abundantly more than we can ask or think Eph.3:20
Let's invite the supernatural to meet the natural… His will be done today on earth as it is in heaven!
So next time you're tempted to get on the worry train…
Remember that you're going to be on for the whole ride or at least until the next depot!… So let's remember to Rejoice, Release, Rest, Respond!
Sometimes just focusing on these things and getting our minds steadfastly focused on the things of God will be all we need to turn off the worrying! As you practice these keys and apply them in your lives, I believe you're going to find that the worries will fade and victory will be yours! …
God bless you all and just know God's got it!
1 Peter 5:7. "Casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you."
atthew 6:25-27 “Therefore I tell you, do not be anxious about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink, nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothing? Look at the birds of the air: they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they? And which of you by being anxious can add a single hour to his span of life?”
Matthew 6:34 “Therefore do not be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.”
Genesis 2:3
3 Then God blessed the seventh day and made it holy, because on it he rested from all the work of creating that he had done.

Gods Perfect Peace by Nina Keegan
GOD'S PERFECT PEACE!!!
Today I was reading in Isaiah 26:3
And it was such a great reminder…
"Open the gates,
That the RIGHTEOUS NATION which keeps the truth may enter in. You will keep him in PERFECT PEACE, whose mind is stayed on you, (God) because he trusts in you. Trust in the Lord FOREVER for in the Lord, is everlasting strength.
I love when God points a word out that I know I have read so many times but all of a sudden it seems way more relevant… Highlighted, if you will… I always know that God is trying to show me something.. He is trying to give us a word for how we are all feeling.
There are many great talking points in this scripture but what stopped me and made me want to research this more was the words "perfect peace"… What is the difference between peace, and God's perfect peace?
When I researched the translation from Hebrew, I got the word SHALOM which means nothing broken, nothing missing! I have heard that before, but when the word says that God will keep us in "perfect peace" He is implying everything that the word shalom implies.
The word shalom implies, health, happiness, well-being, peace, and restoration. The translation for the word "mind," When the scripture tells us we can have perfect peace when our mind is stayed on God, is not the usual Hebrew word mind, but rather is a word meaning "creative imagination".
Isaiah's thought is that he whose creative imagination, which is the seat and foundation of all plans and ideas, is firmly founded on the eternal Lord, will enjoy shalom,"perfect peace", in all its implications.
God is literally giving us the blueprint to have his perfect peace… Let's keep our mind stayed on him! … Let's focus on the things of God, let's focus on the truth of God's word, let's keep our mind free from the enemies lies, let's keep our mind free from fear, and let's keep our imaginations focused on peaceful things and not on the things which can bring about fear and dread!
This scripture also says that the righteous nation which keeps focusing on the truth of Gods word are the ones who are going to enter His open gates… This is what we need to remember in times like this… When everything seems like chaos and confusion all around us, we must remember to stay focused on God and rest in his perfect peace… We can ask for God's perfect peace, we can remain in his perfect peace... God would not tell us to keep our minds focused on him , if it was not going to bring a positive outcome..
Let's not let our imaginations run wild… Let's let our creative imaginations be filled with visions of love, restoration, and the peace of the Lord which surpasses all understanding… Let's ask God for his plans, his strategies and what to do next…
When God restores, He multiplies… We are not objects of wrath… We are God's children, we are a nation he calls blessed… And when we rise up in prayers of faith, we will see God raise up a standard against the enemy that has come in like a flood…
We will see God's hand rescue us in this time of trouble!
So let's trust God, stay in his perfect peace, and watch him move powerfully!
God already had a plan in place before we ever needed one… And when we build our foundation on the Rock, JESUS,… We will see his perfect peace and his plans will prevail! When we trust in the Lord always, we will see that He is our everlasting truth and our strength!
God bless you all and I pray God's perfect peace over each and every one of you, that you would have the mind of Christ, and that you would renew your mind daily to focus on the promises of God… I pray God perfects each concern you have and I pray against all fear… Let's replace fear with the perfect peace of the Lord… In Jesus name!!!
Amen!

Pray!!!!by Nina Keegan
PRAY!!!!!!!
When we pray… The whole world has to pay attention because God moves on our behalf and sends angels on assignment... All of heaven springs into action!
The power of prayer!!!!!
If we knew what happens when we pray, we would never cease to pray!
When we get in our prayer rooms and start praying, we often times get all distracted and we feel like we don't know what to say ..we feel like we've prayed that same prayer 1000 times, we feel like we're not even worthy, we feel like God doesn't hear us,or answer us… Maybe, we get distracted by all the random other things, dogs barking, cell phones ringing, the TV, and all the other small foxes that come to spoil the vine.
Our prayer lives can certainly be a struggle for sure… Sometimes it seems like there's a giant road block in front of us and a whole lot of crazy things in this world competing for our attention around us… And sometimes we just wish that God would open up heaven for just a minute and pour out his answers through the chaos and say it is all going to be ok..!
God does spring into action when we pray... imagine if you will, God's replies to us..
"Hey, when you just asked me that, I dispatched angels across continents"…
"When you just asked me that, I rearranged all of the plans in the kingdom and set them in place for your victory!"
"When you just asked me that, darkness was severely diminished the power of the enemy was destroyed"
"When you just asked me that,
A divine connection was just made across the globe!"
"When you just asked me that, a giant door, and an opportunity, just opened up supernaturally!"
"When you just asked me that, Heaven just opened up and began to move and shift in your favor!
When you just asked me that, the very second you began to pray, angels move -and mountains that were never going to move begin to move out of the way… And what began today is going to continue on tomorrow, next week, next year, and forever! New tracks have been laid, new decisions are being laid out… Strategies, and plans steeped in the miraculous fall into place.
And God would certainly tell us that if we could see for just one minute that all of these things are indeed happening when we pray that we would just pray all the time!
Pray the word… Pray the solution not the problem… Begin to speak what God says not with the enemies whispering!
No matter what it looks like… Pray, pray, pray!
The Scriptures tell us to pray without ceasing… The scripture also tells us in Daniel that the very second we pray, angels are dispatched on assignment… The Bible also tells us that the fervent effectual prayers of a righteous man avail much… That means they have so much power!
The Bible says That God inclines his ear to hear us when we pray…
The Scripture says that we call on the name of Jesus we have the access of all of the power of heaven and we can stand in the gap and agree with God for his plans to prevail… And when we do just that… Powerful things happen!
God wants you to see your self not only as a recipient of his light but also he wants us to know that we are carriers of his light… So pray unceasingly!!
GOD HEARS!!
4:6-7 (New International Version), Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.
This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us.
1 John 5:14 | NIV
Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.

Stand Firm by Nina Keegan
STAND FIRM!
We are here for such a time as this… It is no accident that we, God's people, are here to be intercessors and call forth the word of God concerning what's going on in the world today....In times like this we must be very, very, careful that we don't pray one thing and then speak dozens of other things that contradict our prayers and come against Gods promises!
“Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand” (Ephesians 6:13).
On one hand we want to be very diligent and do all that we know to do because that's what the Bible tells us… And then when we are believing and knowing that we've done all we know to do, then we will stand and let God be God…
Matthew 15:5
These people draw near to me with their mouth, and honor me with their lips, but their heart is far from me and in vain they worship me, teaching as doctrines the commandments of men...
We must keep our confessions on the Lord without hypocrisy… the Power and promises of God's word never stop because of a certain set of circumstances…
The Bible says a double minded man is unstable in all of his ways… Does your heart and your head line up with the word of God?
Jesus quotes from Isaiah 29 verse 13, in charging the Pharisees with setting aside God's word by their traditions. Jesus dismisses their worship because their hearts were not aligned with their lips.
Living faith, true worship, requires that the mouth and the heart be together to avoid Jesus' charge of hypocrisy.
Praises and true faith emanate from lips that draw from the depths of the heart. The Bible tells us,do not let your heart be troubled! As a living principal, Faith's confession is not a ritual of reciting slogans, otherwise it is only acting out of a human tradition and not coming straight from the heart, and Jesus notes that that is potentially hypocritical. Just as we are called to genuine praise and worship, not to be pretenders or ritual performers, so let our confessing of God's promises be without hypocrisy.
Let us speak what God's Holy Spirit has truly birthed in our hearts, therefore bringing us to faithfully speak with our lips the promises of God!
The walk and the talk have to lineup…, If we believe, then we will see the glory of God... let's get our lips and our head talk in line with our heart talk!
No weapon formed against us will ever prosper… We believe and declare that by the power of the stripes of Jesus we are healed!
We believe that God does indeedrescue us in times of trouble!
And if he is for us m, who can dare be against us?
Let's worship, and pray, and stand on God's word and then let's not contradict it by letting our mouths declare fear!
Let's be single minded… Let's be stable… Let's let our faith shine, let's not be moved… We will not be shaken…!!!!
We are a nation that God calls blessed… We are blessed and cannot be cursed…!!!
So stay safe... Do all you know to do to protect yourself and your love ones.. but most importantly, stand and let God be God!!!!
Here are a few powerful verses in Scripture about standing firm:
–
Ephesians 6:11
"Put on the full armor of God, so that you will be able to stand firm against the schemes of the devil."
–
Ephesians 6:13
